 As the new year approaches, I have been reflecting on my resolutions for the upcoming year. As a sophomore in high school, I recognize the importance of setting goals that will help me grow both personally and academically.

Firstly, I resolve to put more effort into my studies. I acknowledge that achieving good grades is crucial for my future success, and I want to ensure that I am reaching my full potential. To do this, I will make a study plan and stick to it, seeking help from teachers and classmates when needed.

Lastly, I resolve to be more social and outgoing. I recognize the importance of building relationships and expanding my network, both personally and professionally. I will attend social events, join clubs and organizations, and reach out to new people to achieve this goal.
